Yes. All our programs are linked to the hiring partner, and you will receive a provisional offer letter before the training begins. On successfully completing the training program, you will be absorbed as a full-time employee by the partner company that issued your provisional offer letter at the start of the program.

The program fee covers all training and training related expenses like, accommodation, and food (for campus programs) during the classroom/virtual training program. We have tie-ups with banks to provide easy education loan facilities, or you may choose to self-fund the program. You also earn a stipend during the training period to help with your expenses.

The selection process is typically conducted in two main stages:

• Registration: The process begins with you registering your details on our website.
• Application Fee: You will pay a non-refundable application fee to confirm your interest and proceed.
• Online Assessment: This is an online proctored test that evaluates your aptitude and skills.
• Partner Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a final interview with our partner company to assess communication and suitability for the role.
• Provisional Offer Letter: If you successfully clear the interview, you will receive a conditional job offer from our partner.
• Training Begins: Upon accepting the offer, you will join the training program, starting your journey toward a full-time job.

A: Upon successful completion, you will be offered an entry-level or a level 2 grade at our partner company. The role is typically in a customer-facing or sales-oriented profile, such as Assistant Manager, Probationary Officer, or Business Development Executive, with a clear path for career growth. We also have partners who are hiring for roles in Operations, Audit, etc.
